Refund policy

Every Lolly J piece is one of one — designed and sewn by my hands, and never restocked. Because of that, all sales are final.

If your piece arrives damaged or there's a defect in my craftsmanship, email me at hello@lollyjdenim.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. I'll make it right — either with a repair or a refund.

Please note: because each piece is handmade, slight variations in stitching, fringe, and fit are part of what makes it yours. That's not a defect — that's the story.

If your package is lost in transit, send me your order number and I'll track it down with the carrier.
